Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with all the facilities I needed and had a great view from the balcony. The service was top-notch, with Mr Rajkumar being extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the center of Cenang Beach. While the dining experience at Old Town White Coffee was delightful, I found the dining options a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel offers stunning seaview rooms with awesome balcony views, but cleanliness was lacking and noise from children in the corridors was disruptive. The staff tried really hard to provide great service, especially Mr Rajkumar, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is literally on the beach and centrally situated near the airport, though not directly on a beachfront. The dining experience includes options at Old Town White Coffee. Overall, a mixed experience with great views and service but some cleanliness and noise issues.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not cleaned properly, but they did offer a great view with a balcony to chill. The hotel is in a prime location with balconies, yet children screaming up-and-down the corridors, which belonged to the maid, was a major downside.
